Side Bar.
I 've added some previous "Important Posts" in the side bar of my blog. If anyone of you haven't read any of these posts then do read. I 've added it coz many new readers 're commin' on my blog 'n' they ask many questions about many things in my posts, these "important Posts" can help new 'n' old readers to understand my points of views easily.

smart thing to have important posts to the side--if someone is just starting to read your blog, they can get to know you pretty well right away....
your sidebar looks neat and simple and I like it, rather than a very long one. I don't know if you think that my blog has a long sidebar or not but for me I like simplicity and what you've put are informative enough for the readers :)
I feel like being shot before asking u so many things, knowing that you've already mentioned that lots of people have asked u too much already *lol* The good way is to browse and one may find the answers of his/her questions.
